Project Cases
Inspired by the vitality of the coast and the fun of the rainforest, the book uses highly saturated orange, blue, green and yellow as the main colors to highlight the local characteristics of Vietnam.
Zoning strategy naturally directs crowds across the 10 attraction zones, reducing bottleneck congestion and improving guest satisfaction.
The project is positioned as a private leisure space, distinct from conventional large-scale commercial water parks. The overall design follows three principles: compact and exquisite, lightweight, and easy to operate and maintain. The spatial water playground design deeply integrates traditional Arabic architectural aesthetics, with distinctive patterned mosaic tiles, arched windows, and tropical palm landscaping throughout, creating a private, tranquil, and elegant immersive exotic water play atmosphere.
In settings such as private farms, estates, and holiday villas, owners are generally concerned about long-term maintenance costs and space utilization. The water theme park design of this project can serve as a reference model for similar small waterfront spaces—balancing functional zoning and thematic atmosphere within a limited area, while reducing long-term maintenance burdens by streamlining redundant facilities.
The designer started with “safety, quality and childlike fun”, choosing a blue-green color scheme that matches the logo of the park to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and to create an ideal place for family leisure interaction and water play experience. The park is divided into two pools, a deep water area and a shallow water area. The water spray platform in the deep water area is equipped with a more thrilling spiral slide, suitable for adults to play. The water corridor in the shallow water area is rich in facilities, including wide slides, straight slides and spiral slides, suitable for parents and children to play together or for younger children to play alone. The entire park is equipped with various types of water play features, such as water buckets, water curtain doors and water guns, providing a rich play experience.
The water park project is Chicolino Resort in Spain, with an area of 360 square meters, designed for children aged 6-15 and families. The park is naturally integrated with the landscape in Morandi colors to create a comfortable visual experience. Combined with the lounge rest area, theme lighting and artistic water feature wall, it creates a relaxing holiday connection. Adjacent to convenient service facilities and connecting to the hotel’s dynamic line, it takes safety as the core, coordinates compatibility and interactivity, and aims to create unforgettable holiday memories for family tourists, while enhancing the resort’s attractiveness and leisure, making it an ideal destination for family vacations.
The designer adheres to the design concept of “natural integration, childlike enjoyment” to provide a one-stop water fun experience and leisure space for family tourists. Using the limited space, the curved Morandi-colored parent-child water house is designed, combining dozens of functions such as slides, pouring buckets, and clown water spray. Visitors can enjoy a variety of water play experiences and enhance their relationship through parent-child interaction.
Project Introduction: Zerbulaq Resort is located in Taraz, Kazakhstan, covering an area of 35,000 square meters. There is already a large water park in the resort. The client hopes to design a water park for children aged 3-12 to attract more parent-child customers. In response to the needs of the client, Cowboy turned a 320-square-meter open space next to the swimming pool into a Splash Pad Water Play Area with rich play methods. There are more than ten water play facilities such as water curtain door, water bucket, funnel water spray, colorful water house, etc., which are highly interactive and safe.
Sosua Ocean Village Water Park in Dominica covers an area of about 600 square meters. The designer makes full use of the limited space to bring tourists a variety of water play experiences. The small Colorful Water House has four different water slides that can accommodate multiple people to play at the same time. More than ten kinds of water play equipment, such as water gun, water bucket, Clown Water Play Equipment, water curtain door, funnel water spray, etc., are scattered in the water park, and every tourist can enjoy the fun of playing in the water.
The water park project is located in Medan, Indonesia, with an area of 12,000 square meters. There are nine major entertainment projects, including a 13.2-meter-high super bowl slide, 9-meter-high double raft slide, and a 13.5-meter-high racing slide for adults. As for children, there are combination slides, ocean series water house, water play, lazy rivers, wave pools and swimming pools. It is also equipped with leisure and dining areas, allowing tourists to spend a whole day here.
The designer has ingeniously employed a variety of bright and colorful hues to carefully construct an underwater world brimming with childishness and vitality. In this world, the blue slide is designed to be like an alluring and mysterious passage in the deep sea. Meanwhile, decorations featuring various marine animal elements such as jellyfish, seahorses and clownfish are scattered everywhere, with the aim of making children feel as if they were in a magical ocean kingdom and enabling them to have an immersive experience.Furthermore, considering the significance of parent-child interaction and education, this design enables parents to popularize rich and diverse marine knowledge to their children at appropriate times during the children’s playtime, helping children accumulate knowledge reserves, truly achieving the goal of combining education with entertainment and facilitating children’s all-round growth in a pleasant atmosphere.
